Group trip planner

Plan a trip with friends, without the group-chat chaos

Roam turns "where are we going?" into one shared plan: itinerary, meals, roles, packing and budget — drafted by AI, edited together, used live on the road.

How group planning works in Roam

  1. One person sets the destination, dates, crew and vibe.
  2. Roam drafts the whole trip in about a minute.
  3. Share the link and code — everyone ticks, votes, adds notes and logs spends.
  4. On the trip, live mode shows what's now and next; afterwards, a trip story recaps it.

What makes it a good fit for groups

Everyone in one plan

Share a link and a 6-character code. Friends join, pick their name and see the same plan — no accounts or app store needed.

A full itinerary in a minute

Tell Roam where, when, who's coming and the vibe. It drafts days and stops; edit, reorder or remix any day.

Meals, groceries and packing

Meal ideas, a shared grocery list and packing lists the whole crew can tick off together.

Roles and fair chores

Everyone gets a role and a fair bring-list. Rebalance in one tap if someone drops out.

Shared budget and settle-up

Log spends as you go and see who owes who with the fewest transfers.

Live trip mode

Now / Next on the road. Running late or raining? Re-plan the rest of the day.

Works offline

Install Roam on your phone, open the trip once, and it keeps working without signal. Changes sync when you're back online.

Private by design

No sign-up and no tracking. Only people with the link and code can open your trip.

Is it free?

Your first AI-planned trip is free. After that, add your own AI key in Settings. Joining a trip, editing and the sample trip are always free. AI plans are a first draft — double-check bookings and conditions.
