Who we are

Roam is made by Vexto Apps, a small studio building simple, privacy-first apps. Roam has no ads and no trackers.

No accounts

Roam doesn't ask for your name, email or password. You pick a display name inside each trip, and that's it.

What we store

For each trip: the plan, and what the crew adds to it — ticks, votes, notes and spending. To limit abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of the creator's internet address, never the address itself, plus a random id for your device.

Your AI key

If you add your own AI key, it's saved only on your device. It's sent with each planning request straight through to the AI provider you picked, used once and never stored or logged by us.

Who can see a trip

Only people with the trip link and its 6-character code. Anyone with both can view and edit, so share them only with your crew.

AI planning

Your trip brief (destination, dates, crew size, preferences) is sent to an AI model to draft the plan. Don't include sensitive personal details in it.

On your device

Trips you open are saved on your device so they work offline. Remove a trip from the home page using the bin icon, or clear your browser data.
